Reading Speed Up to 525MB/s
Writing Speed Up to 445MB/s

Write speed is defined as the quantity of data written to the card in a certain length of time divided by the amount of time it took to write the data. The gap between shots is 30 seconds (write time continues beyond the 30 seconds). The write time is determined by the card access light, which is then corrected by a correction factor. When the shutter opens, the card access light illuminates; this is different from how it illuminates when the image is analyzed and the card starts writing data to it. Based on an analysis of extended buffer-full continuous shooting for all cards, it was determined that the write latency was 0.48 seconds under the test circumstances tested. In this section, write speeds are expressed in megabytes per second (MB/s), where 1 MB equals 1,048,576 bytes.
